Students at YALC’s 2010 Summer Camp enjoyed a variety of craft, art, academic and physical activities. Both parents and children expressed their enthusiasm and satisfaction with the camp.
In keeping with YALC’s belief in the importance of educating the whole person so that our students may develop into happy, healthy and responsible world citizens, this year we introduced two highly successful new courses, Wushu and One World.
Guided by experienced Physical Education & Wushu teachers, students were taught the basics of Wushu, a physical art which encourages the development of healthy, fit, lifestyles & self-discipline.
Our One World courses encouraged the younger children to share with others & to be kind, while leading the older students on a journey of discovery about our planet, its people, & the ways in which we can work together to make our world a better place for all.
